Cindy has more than 36 years of oil field experience, most recently at Shell as VP of Unconventional Wells & Logistics over their global operations. She led her team to systematically reduce costs by 50% while scope significantly increased and improve safety performance while the exposure went up. Cindy holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana, and is the CEO of Sage Geosystems™.
Lev has more than 25 years of oil field experience managing engineering and R&D teams in drilling and well construction. Lev holds more than 100 patents in the areas of drilling, well construction and well completion, and has received numerous awards for his work, including the 2016 World Oil Innovative Thinker Award. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Physics. Lev is co-founder and the President of Sage Geosystems™.
Lance has more than 40 years of oil field experience, most recently at Shell serving as VP of Global Wells Technology and Chief Scientist of Wells. He managed Shell’s deep water technology development and led two Shell joint venture technology efforts as CEO/COO for expandable casing and well manufacturing. He holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering and nearly 100 patents. Lance is co-founder and the President and CTO of Sage Geosystems™.
Douglas has more than 18 years of experience leading teams to develop mathematical models, run simulations, and build engineering software for predicting behavior of well bore processes. He has constructed models for drilling hydraulics, cuttings transport, managed pressure drilling, and fracturing processes. Douglas holds a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and is the Director of Simulation and Modeling of Sage Geosystems™.
Mike has over 10 years of experience building subsurface interpretations and leading multifunctional technical teams, most recently with ExxonMobil. He has worked on energy and carbon capture assets across onshore and deep-water USA, West Africa, and Guyana. Mike holds a M.Sc in Geology from UC Davis and B.A in Geosciences from Williams College. Mike is the Chief Geoscientist at Sage Geosystems™.
Shannon…
Nate has more than 6 years of operations, project management, and supply chain experience. Within the power generation industry, Nate previously worked at General Electric (GE) and held quality and process engineering roles with an emphasis on aero-derivative and heavy duty gas turbine technology. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. Nate is the Power Plant Engineering Manager at Sage Geosystems™.
Brianna is an entrepreneur having operated several online businesses since the age of 14. She excels in leadership and communication, having been twice elected president of Texas
A&M’s Speech and Debate Team, where she works on continuously building and improving the organization. Her notable strengths are public speaking, critical thinking, and problem solving. Brianna is in her fourth year at Texas A&M pursuing a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
Holly has more than 20 years of professional experience with the last 8 years being in the oil and gas industry assisting the corporate office and overseeing financial operations, including budgeting. She has a track record of increasing revenue, retaining clients, and optimizing profitability while serving in an operations and office management role with a high level of independent thinking and decision making. Holly holds an MBA and a B.Sc. and is the Administrative Manager of Sage Geosystems™.
